Ticket Holder agrees not to file a credit card or debit card chargeback with regard to the ticket purchase. In the event that the Ticket Holder breaches this agreement and files a chargeback, upon a resolution in favor of Nantucket Adventures by either the credit card issuing bank, the credit card processor or by VISA or MASTERCARD, Ticket Holder agrees to reimburse Nantucket Adventures for any and all costs incurred in researching and responding to the chargeback. This shall include without limitation, our actual costs paid to the credit card processor or our banks, other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time of our employees and owners spent on the matter. The Ticket Holder further agrees that all dispute resolution costs and procedures will be added to the original amount of the ticket and that this total amount will be immediately due and payable within 48 hours of the chargeback resolution. If ticket holder fails to reimburse Nantucket Adventures there will be immediately and without delay, a claim filed against the Ticket Holder in Nantucket District Court.
In the event that a chargeback is placed or threatened on a ticket purchase, Nantucket Adventures reserves the right to report the incident for inclusion in chargeback abuser database(s) of our choosing. The information reported will include Ticket Holders name, email address, order date, ticket amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Being listed on such databases may make it more difficult or even impossible for you to use (any of) your credit card(s) on future purchases with us or other merchants.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:
- We are in the business of providing our guests with a fun and enjoyable experience that they will remember fondly.
- If we have weather conditions that will make a trip unenjoyable or unsafe for our guests, WE DO NOT GO.
- If this happens, we can often suggest an alternative excursion that might suit our clients needs during their reservation time.
- If this is not amenable to our clients, we will book them on a reservation for the first available excursion after the weather clears.
